Return and Refund Policy
At Supernova Vision, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
1. No Returns
- Final Sale: All products purchased from Supernova Vision are final sale. We do not accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the product, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.
- Exceptions: The only exceptions to this policy are for products that arrive damaged or defective, as outlined below.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow the steps below to request a replacement:
- Notification: Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide your order number, a description of the damage or defect, and any supporting photographs.
- Inspection: We may request that you return the damaged or defective item for inspection. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- Replacement: If the product is found to be damaged or defective upon inspection, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund.
3. Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item, please follow these steps:
- Notification: Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide your order number and details of the incorrect item received.
- Return and Replacement: We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for the incorrect item and send the correct item at no additional cost.
