Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage
- Duration: Our products are covered by a limited warranty for a period of 1 month from the date of purchase.
- Coverage: The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, improper care, or unauthorized modifications.
2. Making a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product is defective and covered under warranty, please follow these steps to make a warranty claim:
- Contact Us: Notify our customer service team of the issue within the warranty period. Provide your order number, a description of the defect, and any supporting photographs.
- Evaluation: We may request that you return the product for evaluation. If so, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
- Assessment: Our team will inspect the product to determine if the issue is covered under warranty.
- Resolution: If the product is found to have a manufacturing defect covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost. If a replacement is not available, we will offer a refund.
3. Limitations
- The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- Supernova Vision reserves the right to determine the validity of warranty claims and to deny claims that do not meet the warranty criteria.
