1. Shipping Methods and Costs
- Shipping Options: We offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method selected, and the weight of the order. Customers can view the total shipping cost before completing the purchase.
2. Delivery Times
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days for domestic orders and 10-20 business days for international orders.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days for domestic orders and 5-10 business days for international orders.
- International Shipping: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.
3. Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
- Restricted Countries: Some countries may have shipping restrictions. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified during the checkout process.
4. Order Tracking
- Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order through the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.
- Delayed Shipments: While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays. Supernova Vision is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
5. International Shipping
- Customs Duties and Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information on these charges.
- Customs Clearance: Customs procedures may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Supernova Vision is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- Lost Shipments: If your order is lost during transit, please contact our customer service team. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment. If the shipment cannot be found, we will provide a replacement or refund.
- Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide your order number, a description of the damage, and any supporting photographs. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
